About Arid Insights

Built for the moment before pursuit resources are committed.

Arid Insights is a Florida-focused pursuit intelligence practice. It exists to make fragmented public evidence usable in consequential water infrastructure decisions—without disguising uncertainty as confidence.

Important pursuit decisions are often made with evidence scattered across systems, agencies, and time.

Search can find documents. It does not automatically establish which claims matter, whether the sources support them, what contradicts them, or how much confidence the decision deserves.

Trust is earned through the structure of the work.

Arid’s brand and operating method are designed around scrutiny, not borrowed credibility.

01 · Decision first

The work starts with a bounded question.

A defined decision, owner, deadline, and consequence prevent generic research from expanding without purpose.

02 · Evidence visible

Sources and reasoning remain inspectable.

Material claims retain their source, date context, classification, confidence, and contradictions.

03 · Human accountable

Automation does not own the conclusion.

Outward-facing artifacts remain reviewed and accountable to a person—not presented as the product of an autonomous black box.

A narrow domain creates a more honest learning loop.

Arid’s current validation work is centered on Florida water infrastructure pursuits and the public evidence professionals use to prioritize, qualify, and position them.

Three cohorts, one public promise.

  • AEC grant and funding practices
  • Regional and local engineering firms
  • Independent grant consultants
  • Public agencies may inform the evidence context, but are not the primary commercial message

The right buyer, engagement shape, and economic trigger.

  • Stand-alone pursuit packets
  • White-label overflow research
  • Recurring opportunity intelligence
  • Where internal build is the better answer

Independent, Florida-based, and explicit about limits.

Start with the pursuit decision—not a capabilities presentation.

A short, non-confidential description of the opportunity and evidence bottleneck is enough for an initial fit conversation.
